Couples massage therapy are massages that can be shared with a friend, partner or loved one in the same place. This massage offers all of the benefits and the opportunity to relax with your partner.
Sometimes, additional treatments such as body scrubs and facials are included in a package.
You can usually choose which type of massage you'd like to receive, and you and your partner can each get a different type of massage, depending on your preference and clinic offerings.
You'll be on tables side-by-side, and you'll each have your own massage therapist working on your body. If you'd like, you can speak during your massage.
In some cases, you and your partner may have the chance to learn massage techniques and perform them on each other.

Sports Massage

You can have a sports massage while clothed or naked. If you prefer to wear clothing, make sure it's thin, loose, and allows the therapist access to your muscles. You can also wear loose shorts or a tank-top.
Chair Massage
For those who need a fast massage, focusing on their neck, shoulders and back, a chair massage works best.
If you have never tried a chair massage before, it can provide a great introduction to the benefits of massage. A chair massage can also help relieve stress and encourage relaxation. This massage is light-medium in pressure.
You will remain completely clothed during the massage and be seated in a special chair. The massage therapist will be able to reach your back by you straddling the chair.
The massage usually lasts between 10 and 30 minutes.
